The courses for work equipment have the objective of ensuring that each operator possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to use the equipment in a safe and compliant manner in accordance with article 73 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2008, n. 81 e ss.mm.ii. and to the criteria defined by the State-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2025.
The Work Equipment Courses, useful for obtaining the relevant enabling licenses, must be attended by all workers appointed by the employer to use the equipment. The employer has the obligation to provide, also economically, to the training of the workers in charge.
The equipment that requires specific training is listed in the State-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2025.
