Our history

The cooperative was born from the will forward by three young women back in 2018, to join the common intent to create an active subject in the context of professional training mainly oriented in the field of security and Legislative Decree 81/08, as well as in the context of teaching training and in school and preschool activities aimed at students of every order and degree including conventions with telematic university universities, among which Unipegaso, for the development of new knowledge in the various training areas, including the training activity for the after school, Recovery of school years, support for the study and teaching of languages in agreement with various entities.

In the field of research and development, an implementation agreement was signed with the CISFA Interuniversity Consortium stipulated on 28/02/2019, which allowed the Cooperative to face some important activities of the world of research to be worth on European development projects.

The cooperative, straight and governed by the principles of non -profit mutuality, carries out its activity according to the achievement of the social object, In implementation of the mutualistic purpose. Society, taking into account the requirements of the shareholders and their interest in participation in mutual advantages, intends to pursue more favorable working conditions than those offered by the market with the aim of full employment.

Starting from the year 2019, the Cooperative decides to concentrate its activities in the field of training on safety issues and therefore decides to be credited to the Sicilian Region as a training body by following accreditation with DDG NR. 169 of 01/28/2019, With the context of accreditation orientation and professional training, at the accredited operational headquarters in via Venezia 313 where Tormo lies to date.

Until that date, the Cooperative essentially pursues the typical objectives of an active type A category in the field of professional and didactic training. Starting from 2021 the cooperative matures the belief of being able to extend its social base and the number of workers involved by introducing the 6 typical requirements of type B cooperatives with social function and inclusion of disadvantaged workers. To this end, it acts in such a way as to extend its field of activities to support new activities beyond those already present in the field of professional training typical of the type A cooperative, already widely developed in terms of requirements and in terms of skills and operational skills.

Therefore, further and related skills have been developed by the cooperative to those already accrued in the HSE sphere, concerning safety on construction sites and introducing specific and peculiar technical services that will allow the cooperative to expand their social base and to include new human resources to be committed to new activities, which are characterized in the typical role of the type B cooperative. With this important step forward, the cooperative will soon be able to involve disadvantaged human resources, integrating them into the new roles and new works useful to carry on the new social activities.

In pursuing these new social objectives, the cooperative has been capable during the following two -year period 2022 - 2023 to mature specific competence in the world of HSE and administrative technical services related to the building redevelopment of buildings and by the use of the tax bonus tool, obtaining a qualified market niche in which to operate to offer highly specialized and high -added services, difficult to find in the area, obtaining significant results that have allowed her the use of qualified human resources.

The employees hired by the cooperative had the opportunity to face a path of training and experience gained in the context of specific competence. Strong of this attractive ability in the offer of administrative technical services, The company has been able to increase, already starting from 2021, and consolidate in the following two years 2022 and 2023, The number of disadvantaged workers to exceed the 30% threshold on the total of non -disadvantaged workers employed for their activities related to category B services, With the aim of continuing to improve in the following years the percentages of inclusiveness of disadvantaged workers thus always pursuing the statutory objectives with greater mutual and social spirit.

The ability to expand their activities in the area and to attract the request for its services by a qualified band of primary customers has allowed the cooperative to draw a development path that has brought, Already in 2022 and consolidated in 2023, to the increase of worker members beyond the 50% threshold of the social structure. To continue to support and promote its vocation, the Cooperative reinvesties the significant part of its profits towards the organization, the promotion, The development and realization of events of significant territorial impact and of considerable media resonance.

The objectives traced in previous years have been achieved quickly and have allowed the years between 2022 and 2023 to involve a greater number of workers, With particular attention to the integration of workers in the disadvantaged bands in the staff who in 2023 are in number of 6 units, employed exclusively in the context of the peculiar HSE and administrative technical services of the type B category.

The cooperative in 2023 was able to continue improving the prevailing mutual indexes that in 2024 reached levels that go far beyond the minimum category requirements.
