    IlPLE course, compliant with the criteria defined in Annex III of the State-Regions Agreement of 22 February 2012, aims to ensure that each designated operator has the necessary training to use themobile elevating work platforms (both those with and without stabilizer) in a safe manner and in compliance with the specific provisions on the use of work equipment dictated by the Articles. 37, 69, 70, 71 and 73 ofLegislative Decree No.. 81/2008.
