Self-propelled forklifts with driver on board training course.
IlCourse for issuing the Forklift License, compliant with the defined criteria of the State-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2025, has the objective of ensuring that each designated forklift driver has the necessary training to drive the forklift safely and in compliance with the specific provisions on the use of work equipment dictated by the Articles. 37, 69, 70, 71 and 73 ofLegislative Decree No.. 81/2008.
All workers appointed by the employer to drive the vehicle must have a Forklift License. The employer has the obligation to provide, also economically, to the training of forklift drivers.
