The following reporting presents the activities carried out during the year 2025. Recent changes in the workplace, economic and social have stimulated the cooperative to develop new study and study issues, increasingly oriented to the concepts of work sustainability.
There is no sustainability without security, And there is no security without sustainability: This is the guiding principle that inspires today's activity and will direct that of tomorrow. Our social budget - which testifies to the passion and commitment made, not only on a structural but above all moral level - it is aimed at members, but also to all those who, directly or indirectly, benefit from the proposed services and social activities. The goals achieved in recent years are significant and a source of great pride. A heartfelt thanks goes to all our members, To the managers of social activities and our stakeholders, With the hope of continuing this path together, always at best.
2025 is not only reported as an economic year, but as a year of consolidation of a mature cooperative model: TFORMA confirms safety at work as a safeguard of dignity, training as a prevention infrastructure, work inclusion as a concrete measure of social justice and financial solidity as a guarantee of continuity for members, the workers and the territory.
The Cooperative presents itself as an integrated social platform: professional training, HSE services of construction sites, free educational projects, digital development, social welfare services and instrumental capital investments converge in a single plan: transform skills, labor and capital in stable employment, inclusive and controlled.
The evolution started in recent years does not distance the Cooperative from its social nature; on the contrary, makes it more solid. Each new development direction was interpreted as an instrument at the service of the prevailing mutuality: create jobs, protect work, qualify work, include disadvantaged people and reinvest the resources generated within the statutory mission.
