The social budget describes, compared to the budget deriving from traditional accounting, a system adequate to provide a punctual representation of the actions carried out in order to achieve the social and institutional purposes of the cooperative.
This reporting, as you will be able to read in the pages to come, presents the activities for the year 2023. After the pandemic, the activities of our Cooperative have resumed with vigor; work changes, economic and social issues that have been established have allowed the Cooperative to develop new study and in-depth topics, increasingly linked to the concepts of workplace sustainability there is no sustainability without safety and there is no safety without sustainability. This is the key thought around which today's activity is developing and tomorrow's activity will develop. Our social budget – which highlights our passion and commitment not only in structural terms, but above all moral – is aimed at members, but also to all those who directly or indirectly benefit from social services and activities. The goals achieved in these first 6 years of TForma (appeals in 2023) they are important and we are proud of them. Thanks therefore go to all our members, to those responsible for social activities, to our stakeholders, hoping to always continue as best as possible.
