The 2021 Social Report represents a fundamental tool for describing, compared to the budget deriving from traditional accounting, the actions implemented by the TForma Cooperative to achieve its social and mutual objectives. This document reports on the activities carried out in 2021, a period still profoundly marked by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, which continued to influence the global context, social and economic.
2021 constitutes, on this path, an essential watershed: it is the year in which the Board of Directors firmly defined a vision of growth not limited to the expansion of activities, but oriented towards transforming economic development into employment, professional qualification, participation of members and inclusion of disadvantaged people. From this exercise the direction that will guide the following years takes shape: growth as an instrument of mutuality and not as an autonomous goal.
The industriousness of our Social Cooperative has been put to the test, but it also offered the opportunity to demonstrate resilience, ability to adapt and strategic vision. Thanks to the commitment and dedication of all those involved, the Cooperative was able to face the difficulties, innovate and relaunch their activities, betting with greater conviction than before, on work culture, health and sustainability, to allow the entire Cooperative network to look forward to the next tomorrow with serenity and renewed confidence, full of new challenges, mand also of the huge new opportunities that the social and economic recovery is offering us. TForma continues to be a point of reference for the development of human capital, promoting a more equitable and sustainable society, with particular attention to the inclusion of disadvantaged workers, respect for human rights and environmental sustainability. The Cooperative looks to the future with renewed enthusiasm, ready to seize the new opportunities offered by the economic and social recovery.
