The evolution of technology has led to the progressive change of criminal legislation to adapt it to cybersecurity: the advent of cybercrime, with the introduction of computer crimes, has led the legislator to make the cases increasingly specific.

A cybercrime is a criminal phenomenon characterized by the abuse of computer technology, both hardware and software, for the commission of one or more crimes.
