The figure of the Digital Animator was introduced with the National Plan for the Digital School (PNSD) in 2015 with action #28. He is a teacher who, together with the school director and the administrative director, has a strategic role in the diffusion of innovation at school. With the introduction ofSchool Plan 4.0, the Ministry of Education has started aextensive digital transition training program of all school staff, which also invests the Digital Animator with greater skills.
From these assumptions comes theEIPASS Digital Animator IT certification 4.0, which in its very name recalls the objectives of School Plan 4.0 and the PNRR. The School Plan 4.0 predicts that itraining courses are structured based on the European reference framework on digital competences for teachers, ilDigcompedu, of the relevant 6 areas of competence and the necessary entry levels (A1 Novice, A2 Explorer, B1 Experimenter, B2 Expert, C1 Leader, C2 Pioneer).
The certificationEIPASS Digital Animator 4.0 is in line with what is required in the DigCompEdu framework and in the School Plan 4.0: in fact ipresent modules correspond to the 6 areas of competence and the specific skills required, according to the different entry levels.
What you will learn
- Transforming traditional teaching into skills-based teaching through the use of digital tools; enhance the active experience, inductive learning, cooperation, placing the student at the center of the learning process.
- Carry out storytelling activities with applications to create comics, podcast, videos and interactive stories.
- Use coding as a teaching method in curricular subjects. Facilitate students' development of cognitive knowledge of different subjects, having fun with block programming, or Twine programming languages, Kojo, HTML, CSS e Javascript.
- Use the touch monitor, recognizing its characterizing elements and basic tools, implementing the most suitable teaching methodology for the disciplines, to the present tools and training objectives.
- Use video conferencing systems, to create synchronous online lessons, such as Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams; know the principles of social learning through the use of dedicated platforms.
- Use the electronic register, knowing the relevant legislation; create customized checks by exploiting the potential of dedicated online software.
- Recognize and identify the phenomena of bullying and cyberbullying, prevention and intervention techniques.
