Who is the course aimed at??

The Refresher Course for Supervisors is mandatory for all activities that have a supervisor, that is, the figure who supervises and supervises the workers, guarantees and controls the implementation of the directives received.

This figure must have the skills and requirements suitable for the task. The course aims precisely to provide the essential cognitive tools, theoretical and practical to be able to fulfill the obligations of the person in charge and guarantee safety at work.

Contents of the training course for supervisors

The refresher course for supervisors offers a complete overview of the most important aspects of workplace safety, providing all the information necessary to address safety management in the company.

All aspects of workplace safety legislation will be covered: know the main obligations and relevant regulations to guarantee safety in the company, Accident Prevention: understand how to prevent accidents at work and how to intervene in case of emergency, Risk Management: learn techniques to manage risk in the company and minimize the possibility of accidents, training of workers: acquire the skills necessary to train your employees on workplace safety and effective communication: learn to communicate effectively on workplace safety issues, involving all employees and creating a culture of safety.

Duration and method of implementation

The refresher course for supervisors lasts 6 hours

At the end of the course there is a final test, upon passing the test, a certificate valid at national level and recognized by Legislative Decree 81/08 will be issued.

Updating the course is mandatory every 2 years, to ensure constant training on workplace safety and knowledge of the latest regulatory developments.
