Who is the course aimed at??

The Course for Employers with Construction Site Module provided for by the new State-Regions Agreement is aimed at all business owners who have direct responsibility for health and safety in the workplace, regardless of whether they carry out the tasks of the Prevention and Protection Service or not (RSPP) and who operate in the ATECO sectors in which temporary or mobile construction sites are involved, or:

• Constructions (ATECO F):
  • building construction
  • civil Engineering
  • specialized construction work
• Other sectors with activities in the pipeline, come:
  • plant engineering (es. electrical/plumbing on site)
  • extraordinary maintenance on structures/systems
  • erection of scaffolding or temporary works

The course, with the integration of the Construction Site Module, serves to guarantee specific skills in health and safety on temporary or mobile construction sites (Title IV of the legislative decree. 81/2008).
