    Who is required to take the refresher course for workers?

    All workers present in the company are required to attend the Five-Year Workers' Refresher Course.

    In every company, safety at work is fundamental for protecting the health and physical integrity of all workers. However, workplace safety training is not a static process, but it must be continuously updated to keep up with new regulations and technological developments. For this reason, he D.Lgs. 81/08 introduced the obligation to attend the Five-Year Refresher Course for Workers.

    Contents of the refresher course for workers

    The Five-Year Workers' Refresher Course was designed to provide participants with the essential cognitive tools, theoretical and practical in order to fulfill the obligations of a Worker. In particular, topics on the regulatory framework on safety at work will be covered, workers' responsibilities regarding safety at work, prevention and protection techniques to be applied in the workplace, workers' obligations in case of emergency.

    Duration and method of implementation

    The Five-Year Refresher Course for Workers lasts 6 hours and can be online or in person.

    At the end of the course and after passing a final test, a certification will be issued according to current regulations
